Genesis Problems: Clearing Cache & History

You will occasionally receive an error in Synergy (Genesis) related to being logged in already. This is due to not logging out properly before closing the Firefox window. If you do see that message, you will need to clear your history then go back to sismain in a new window. [To clear history in Firefox go to Tools > Clear Recent History, and go ahead and check all those boxes, then click Clear Now]. You also need to clear your cache — everyone using Synergy should have their cache set to zero. Here are the steps:

If you are browsing sites and you get this annoying pop-up every time a new web page opens, keep reading for how to stop it.
